REFUND
Patients are entitled to a refund upon purchase of a “Package” within 14 days of purchase for unused visits.
After an appointment is booked and paid for, services will be rendered upon the day and time indicated. 
If the doctor cannot make that time, then the patient has the option of switching appointment times or receiving a full refund.  If the patient cannot make the appointed time, they have the option of choosing an alternative appointment time but will not be refunded for the full or partial amount.

PERSONAL INFORMATION
All patient medical and personal information is protected under HIPPA from being distributed to any other party without the patient’s prior consent.
